YA Books to Movie!

Every now and then I browse IMDB for upcoming movies. Today I found out there's a few movies being made from YA novels. (Though, as we know, just because they are planning on making them, doesn't mean they actually will.) Thought I'd share the links. I put the book cover picture over the movie link. Let me know if you have some to add.

  1. I can't wait to see if they do make some of these into movies - specifically Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Uglies, and Wicked Lovely. Uglies just seemed like it would translate well into movie form when I read it. Are there any you're looking forward to?

    1. Anna Dressed In Blood was amazing, so I can't wait to see it. I still need to read Uglies and Daughter of Smoke and Bone.

And of course The Mortal Instruments just came out and the Divergent trailer has been a real hit as of late.

  3. I had to skip back to this post because I just found out about some of these today. I heard that Hush, Hush was probably going to be turned into a movie, too. The Forest of Hands and Teeth is going to be cool and Paranormalcy sounds fun, too. I was hoping they'd make the Unearthly series into a movie some day as well. We'll see!

  4. Can't wait for the Vampire Academy movie! And I would LOVE to see The Forest of Hands and Teeth as a movie. That book felt so cinematic to me.
